What we’re asked most often
How long does set-up take?
Allow 45 minutes on average, or an hour for set-ups with a creative bar. We always arrive well before the doors open.
Is there a host during the event?
Yes, always. The host is what makes the difference between a booth sitting in a corner and an experience that keeps going all evening.
Can the look be customised to our brand colours?
The template, backdrop and personalised items are designed to your brand guidelines, then approved by you before the event.
How is your pricing structured?
Every event is quoted individually, because the price depends on a few variables: hosting time, number of guests, chosen set-up, level of personalisation and on-site printing. Share these details with us and you’ll have a priced proposal within 48 h.
Do you travel outside Barcelona?
Yes: across Catalonia at no extra charge within a 50 km radius, and elsewhere in Spain or Europe on quotation.
