This policy applies to the website https://manapix.com and complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

Data we process

Quote request form (three steps):

• first name, email address;
• type of event, date, venue, number of guests, times;
• experiences you are interested in and indicative budget;
• company (optional), phone (optional) and your message.

Important: we save your data from the first step of the form, even if you do not complete the request, so that we can contact you again about that request.

Record of consent: we keep the version of the text you accepted, the date and time, the language and a pseudonymised fingerprint (hash) of your IP address.

Spam protection: we use an invisible trap field and limit the number of submissions per IP address (based on its pseudonymised fingerprint). No cookie is used for this.

We do not make automated decisions or carry out profiling.

How long we keep data

• Requests that do not lead to a contract: deleted 24 months after the last contact.
• Customer data: for the legally required periods (6 years under Article 30 of the Spanish Commercial Code, plus the periods required by tax legislation).
• Newsletter: until you withdraw your consent.

Who has access to the data

• Infomaniak Network SA (Geneva, Switzerland), as data processor, hosts the website, the data and email.
• We do not share your data with third parties, except where required by law.

International transfers

The data is hosted in Switzerland. Switzerland is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission, which recognises a level of protection equivalent to that of the European Union.

Links to WhatsApp and Instagram

The website includes links to WhatsApp (Meta) and Instagram. If you click on them, you go to those services and their own privacy policies apply.

Your rights

You can exercise the following rights at any time:

• access, rectification and erasure;
• objection and restriction of processing;
• data portability;
• withdrawal of consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

If you believe we have not processed your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): www.aepd.es.
