Purpose

These terms govern the use of manapix.com, published by ManaPix. By browsing the website, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Access to the website

The website is free to access. We do our best to keep it available at all times but cannot guarantee it: maintenance or a technical incident may interrupt it temporarily.

Availability and quote requests

The “¿Hablamos?”, “Get the offer” and Contact forms are used to request availability or a proposal. They do not constitute a booking.

• A service is only confirmed once our quote has been accepted in writing and, where applicable, the requested deposit has been paid.
• Service conditions (price, deposit, cancellation, delivery of images) are set out in the quote and in our general terms of sale.
• Prices shown on the website are indicative, exclude VAT (IVA 21%) and exclude travel costs outside Barcelona and its surroundings.

Promotional offers

Each offer (for example the Christmas offer) states on its page the discount, the booking deadline and what it excludes. Offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise. The reference date is the date the quote is accepted in writing.

Intellectual property

The texts, photos, videos, logos, the ManaPix brand and the website design are protected. Any full or partial reproduction without our written consent is prohibited. Client brands and logos shown on the website remain their property and are displayed with their permission.

Liability

We take care to ensure the information published is accurate, but cannot guarantee that it is always complete or up to date. ManaPix cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from use of the website, a service interruption or a virus from a third-party website.

The website contains links to other websites, such as Instagram or LinkedIn. We have no control over their content and are not responsible for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable settlement, the courts of Barcelona have jurisdiction, unless you are a consumer, in which case the courts of your place of residence apply.
